FAA Issues Guidance on Economic Stimulus Funding

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) today released comprehensive guidance on how it will distribute grants under the recently passed economic stimulus bill, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.

This guidance includes important information on:

-       Project eligibility, maximum grant levels and regional distribution goals

-       Time frames, critical deadlines and reporting requirements

-       Grant application rules, the application process and certifications

The FAA may issue supplemental guidance based upon future directives from the Office of Management and Budget or USDOT. In the meantime, Please let us know if you have any questions regarding FAA's guidance.
