Operations Committees

The Operations Committees assist the ACC staff in fostering and supporting the operations of the ACC to benefit ACC members, advise the ACC Board, and review and suggest improvements to ACC operations. 

Bylaws
Chair - Courtney Beamon, Delta Airport Consultants
Vice Chair - Enrique Melendez, Jacobs

The Bylaws Committee reviews existing ACC bylaws to provide interpretation as required, and to propose amendments or policies required by changing circumstances and/or ACC Board initiatives.

Marketing & Membership
Chair - Kevin Quan, Engineered Arresting Systems Corp. (ESCO)
Vice Chair - Dale Wilde, Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc.

The Marketing & Membership Committee serves to market and enhance ACC within the industry and to its member firms.

Strategic Planning & Implementation
Chair - Roddy Boggus, Gresham, Smith & Partners
Vice Chair - Andy Platz, Mead & Hunt, Inc.

The Strategic Planning & Implementation Committee monitors and evaluates the implementation of ACC’s most recent strategic plan developed in 2005, and suggests new measures and programs, as appropriate. 

Nominating
Chair - Ron Peckham, C&S Companies
Vice Chair - Evan Futterman, Futterman Consulting, Inc.

The Nominating Committee evaluates potential candidates and nominates ACC members for vacant ACC Executive Committee and ACC Board of Governors positions. The ACC Board of Governors Chair nominates and the full Board approves the committee members.
