2018 Global Business Summit

The Airport Consultants Council (ACC) and the British Aviation Group (BAG) are collaborating to present the 2018 Global Business Summit in Washington, D.C. The Global Business Summit will prepare companies to expand their global presence and provide the tools needed to succeed in a global market.  It will showcase elite keynote speakers and session topics, both of which will cover the current status of global markets, alternative financing, cultural pitfalls, and more.

Please provide the following information to ACC to have an online account created for event registration. BAG members will receive the member rate for the 2018 ACC/BAG Global Business Summit. ACC members, BAG members, and non-members can all register online.

The 2018 Global Business Summit will be held at the Hamilton Hotel (1001 14th St. NW, Washington, D.C. 20005, United States). Hotel accommodations can be made for the program over the dates of January 24, 2018 through January 26, 2018 by calling the Hamilton Hotel at +1 (866) 407-1764 and using the group code, "ACC." The cutoff date for the group rate of $159.00 single/double rooms was Thursday, January 4, 2018. Reservation requests after this cutoff date are subjected to availability at the prevailing rate. 


Delta Airlines is pleased to offer discounts on ACC event air travel for 2018. Reservations and ticketing are available online via www.delta.com

When booking online, simply select 'Book a Trip,' click on 'Advanced Search' on the lower left-hand side of the search box, then enter the 'Meeting Event Code' (code: NMRJE) in the field provided. Once the rest of the information is completed, click on the 'Find Flights' button. Reservations may also be made by calling Delta Meeting Reservations* at 1-800-328-1111, Monday through Friday, between 7 am - 7 pm CST. 

*Please note that there is a direct ticketing fee for booking through the reservation number.

The ACC member rate is available to all individuals employed by an ACC member firm. Registrations and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, January 10, 2018, will be refunded in full. There will be no refunds after Wednesday, January 10, 2018. ACC encourages you to send a substitute if you are unable to attend. No-shows will be billed. Workshop registrations cannot be shared with colleagues. Each attendee must register individually for the workshop. ACC reserves the right to cancel this course if the number of registrants is insufficent. Should this occur, ACC will notifiy registrants as soon as possible. Registration fees will be refunded in full if a cancellation occurs. Any costs incurred by the registrant including airline and hotel cancellation penalties, however, are the responsibility of the registrant.
